- For the purpose of registration for the Annual Meeting, those who register in different categories are considered partners, so those who register before June 14, 2019 can have corresponding discounts applied. Furthermore, to take advantage of these discounts for different partner rates, it is essential to be up to date with payment of annual fees.
- All fees will be increased by 10% for registrations completed after September 19.
- Cancellations for attendee and/or guest registrations that are communicated to the SNE secretary on or before September 19 will be entitled to the return of 100% of the amount. Cancellations communicated after that date will not be entitled to a refund.
